This policy explains how Pierre Balian, professionally known as Pressplaypierre ("we," "us," or "our"), handles personal information in connection with pressplaypierre.com, including the Niche Reach Engine service pages. For privacy questions or requests, email info@pressplaypierre.com.

1. Information we handle

Information you choose to send. If you contact us, we receive the information in your message. A consultation request may include your name, email address, Instagram handle, business or niche, audience goals, selected package, and preferred availability. Please do not include passwords, financial account details, or other sensitive information in an inquiry.

How the inquiry form currently works. The website prepares an email request in your browser. Preparing the request does not send it to us or save it to a website inquiry database. We receive it only when you send the email from your email service. The copy button writes the prepared message to your device's clipboard when you choose to use it. The form does not intentionally save your entries in browser local storage; your browser or email application may retain autofill information or drafts under its own settings.

Technical information. Our website hosting, delivery, and security providers may process information such as IP address, browser or device details, requested pages, timestamps, and security or error logs to deliver and protect the site. Third-party content providers may also receive technical information as described below.

2. How we use information

We use the information you send to respond to you, assess whether a service fits your goals, discuss scope and availability, prepare proposals or payment instructions, and manage an agreed client relationship. We may also use relevant records to resolve disputes, prevent misuse, maintain security, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Sending a consultation request does not enroll you in a marketing mailing list.

If you become a client, information you provide for onboarding and campaign reporting is used to manage the agreed service. Access requirements and service terms are discussed separately. The public case study on this website omits the client's profile identity.

Information may be processed by providers that support website hosting and security, email delivery and storage, and business administration. We disclose relevant information where reasonably necessary to respond to your request, deliver an agreed service, comply with legal requirements, or protect rights and security. We do not sell consultation or email inquiry information or use those inquiry details for targeted advertising.

The website currently has no on-site card checkout. For approved campaigns, we provide links to PayPal-hosted checkout pages and a Venmo QR code and profile link. Choosing a package updates the displayed amount and matching payment link in your browser; the website does not automatically verify payment. PayPal or Venmo handles any transaction you choose to make. We do not collect card numbers or payment credentials on this website. We may receive payer names, contact details, usernames, amounts, payment notes, transaction references, and payment status through the provider and use these details to verify and administer your campaign. Do not include sensitive information in payment notes. Providers process information under their own policies: the PayPal Privacy Statement and the Venmo Privacy Statement.

4. YouTube, cookies, and browser signals

The music video uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced embedded player at youtube-nocookie.com. The player may load and start muted automatically when its section enters view, or load when you select Play. Loading the player connects your browser to Google/YouTube, which may receive your IP address, device and browser details, and playback information and may use cookies or similar technologies. Privacy-enhanced mode does not mean that no information is processed.

We have not added standalone audience analytics or advertising pixels to the website. Hosting and embedded-content providers may still use their own technical storage or measurement. The site does not currently change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals. You can use your browser's privacy controls to manage cookies, storage, and third-party content; some features may not work when blocked. Third-party services determine how they respond to browser privacy signals.

5. External music and social links

Links to services such as Spotify, Apple Music, UnitedMasters, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Muso, PayPal, and Venmo take you to independently operated websites. Those services handle information according to their own privacy policies. This policy does not govern their accounts, pre-save processes, payment systems, or tracking practices.

6. Retention and security

We retain correspondence and related records for as long as needed to handle your request, manage an ongoing relationship, resolve disputes, and satisfy applicable legal or accounting requirements. Retention depends on the record and its purpose, rather than one fixed period for all information. You can ask us to delete information, subject to records we need to retain for these purposes.

The site uses HTTPS to encrypt information in transit. No website, email service, or transmission method is completely secure. Avoid sending sensitive information in an ordinary inquiry.

7. Your choices and privacy requests

You can browse the site without sending a consultation request. You can also contact us at info@pressplaypierre.com to ask what information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional rights to access, obtain a copy of, restrict, or object to certain processing, or to complain to a relevant privacy authority.

Include enough information for us to identify your correspondence, but do not send identity documents or account passwords unless a secure verification process has been agreed. We may need to verify a request and may retain information where permitted or required by law. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable requirements.

8. Children's privacy

This website and its service inquiry process are not directed to children under 13. Please do not submit a child's personal information. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.

9. International visitors

The site is accessible internationally. Website hosting, embedded content, and email providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. Privacy protections may differ from those in your location.

10. Policy changes and contact

We will post updates on this page and revise the "last updated" date above. Where applicable requirements call for additional notice of a material change, we will provide it. You can review this page before sending new information.
